We will meet (most likely over the phone) to discuss your idea and get a quote for your job.

From inquiry to the end of the design time can take anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks depending on how complicated your design is or how quickly we are able to meet and make decisions.  Once the design is reviewed and approved, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid before the printing can start.  This deposit pays for materials and time spent creating the design for the piece.

This may take 2-3 weeks.

Once the order is completed the customer will be notified and sent a photo of their apparel. At this time final payments and shipping payments are due before the product will be shipped out.
