I intrigued to discover that a company called Living Ink Technologies has created a black screen-printing ink made from renewable biomass waste (algae)!. It could replace carbon black which is made using fossil fuels.
It is supposed to create high-quality, cleanly printed images.
The fact that I could use a sustainable ink that actually comes from the ocean is so exciting and inspiring to me. I can't wait to try it from myself!
